Shipping policy
OnyxVee currently only ships to customers within the United States.
Free shipping applies to orders $75 and over.
Shipping Time
All orders are shipped out in 14 or less business days. All orders are shipped out as soon as possible, although, there is only one person shipping orders so keep in mind the 14 business day shipping window.
Tracking
Once we fulfill and ship out your order you will receive an email informing you that your order has shipped. This email will include a tracking number so you can see the estimated delivery day and updates to the delivery. If you do not receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking information within 14 business days since your order please contact us at onyx.vee333@gmail.com.
*NOTE: Sticker orders are shipped differently than all other products on our Site. If you place a sticker order you will still receive an email informing you that your order has shipped, but you will not receive a tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us at onyx.vee333@gmail.com
